In the extreme north-west of Nepal, the Limi Valley hides behind a series of peaks exceeding 6000 m in altitude. During the winter, she finds herself cut off from the world. To deliver vaccines and medicines there, a handful of men and women embark on an adventure lasting several days. The team alternates walking and trips in 4/4. But, mule caravans prove to be a much more reliable means of transport than all-terrain vehicles. The western regions are the most isolated in the country.
