This list only have animes with only 12 (or less) episodes in total (regardless of the number of seasons). Excludes Latinos who have their own list, unless they also have (confirmed) non-Amerindian/Latin descent. Regarding mixed race actors: If, for example, "Barack Obama" (somebody with a black father and a white mother who passes as black) is playing a black character with black parents, I'm not going to categorize his character as a mixed character because it seems pretty shitty to imply that a mixed race actor can only play mixed race characters. If a character's race can't be identified, I have an "ambiguously brown" list for that. I'm always open to recommendations!
