The book also claims that the Vatican prelature known as the Opus Dei was under suspicions of involvement in conducting of brainwashing, coercion and other practices on its members. The documentary seeks to uncover the truth behind these claims including claims of whether Mary Magdalene may have been the wife of Jesus.
