In the opening episode, Ran goes to Squad Commander Training and takes the departure of the team hard. Evya and Yosef are in the Rotem Battalion training before operational employment and are debating whether to go to the Squad Commander Training, and Roy "Banda" returns after dislocating his shoulder and becomes a professional in the team, but the injury reduces his chances of going to the course.
The tragic story of the Squad Commanders Training: Yosef and Evya starts the course but do not finish it as they had hoped and expected. Surprisingly and against all plans, Ran returns to his team at the end of the course and acts as a sergeant of his friends.
