This show is dying. They create desperate storylines to keep this up. A drug addict MI6 agent who comes back from withdrawal and rehab and is reinstated within 30 days. And everyone buys it hook, line and sinker. Webb is dead, Webb is alive. Been there - done that. And then there is Turner as acting JAG who has no experience in that regard. The Admiral just walks out into the night. I don't know what the going rate for weed was back then but it must have been cheap.
