Despite this show being 20 years old I honestly don't know if they will end up together and I don't want to know at this point. Because I don't want them to. I've seen it on Bones where your two protagonists dance around each other and you where kind of rooting for them and when they got together it didn't work - it changed the show. And not for the better. The dance around each other part here is not as obvious but there are multiple hints layed down here as well. I like how things are right now. I like Rene for some time now. On the other hand I never really like Mac and Mic (why am I only know realise how stupid that sounds) so they fit together fine.
