Kudrnac und Franzi find a straying dog during a walk and name them "Bezirksrat". On a construction site a scelleton is found, Gneisser und Schoitl hope on a historical found like the Ötzi. The moving in of Okonkwo with Gitti Schimek result in a series of rassistic action against them.
Gitti Schimek got her tobacco shop and sees his future in bright colors. Kudrnac meanwhile is very engaged in building a "grätzl" museum and Turecek is trying to introduce Koziber into the arts of being a janitor.
