A small girl, Seema, dies an unnatural death. Maria reaches the office of Paranormal Research and Investigation Department (PRAID), with the help of clues provided to her. The Head Investigator of PRAID, JD, hires her as an intern. The PRAID team investigates about Seema's death. Meanwhile, JD learns that a small girl, Roohi, is in trouble. He releases Rose's soul from Roohi's body, but fails to capture the same. JD's colleague, Jaffer, learns that JD's close associate is Rose's next target.
The Spirit escapes in a solar eclipse.
JD is admitted to the hospital. Madhvi finds her grandparents, Mr and Mrs Shah, murdered. JD shares the past about Rose with Dr. Kamini. JD learns that Rose's spirit has possessed Madhvi's twin sister, Sadhvi. JD and his team find a way to capture Rose's spirit by watching Ajith Shah's documentary. They learn that Ajith had also tried to capture Rose's spirit. Rose's spirit attack the PRAID team, using Sadhvi. JD releases Sadhvi from the captivity of Rose's spirit and saves her.
Sandhya gives birth to a baby. The baby kills Sandhya and her family. JD's team investigates the case. Meanwhile, Maria is abducted, along with her friend who is suffering from labour pain, and is taken to an old factory. Tracing out Maria, JD's team arrive in the factory. Maria witnesses her friend giving birth to a demon baby. JD finds that a spirit is controlling a doctor to invoke evil spirits into the babies. He informs Jaffer that Roses wants to create an army of children.
JD and his team investigate the death of a girl named Kamya. He learns that Magician Bazuka and his "Book of Death" are responsible for the same. JD tries to capture Bazuka, but he manages to escape. JD decides to find out the truth about the "Book of Death". He visits the book's place of origin. JD discovers that a two headed witch had created the book. He cremates the witches' body and releases her spirit. The book gets destroyed, due to the same. The witch's spirit helps JD in finding Maitri.
JD's team reaches Dhawalgadh by supernatural powers. JD finds an unconscious Kamini. Meanwhile, Maria falls into a well and Subbu saves her. Later, they are surrounded by a children's army. JD learns that the Kaalvriksha is controlling the children and decides to destroy it. Subbu and Maria divert the children to let JD to reach Kaalvriksha. Rose instructs Maitri to kill JD, but in vain. However, JD burns Rose's dead body and the Kaalvriksha. Rose's spirit takes Maitri along with her.
Jaffer informs JD about the unusual death of Karan and Anitha. JD decides to be alone. He starts imagining about Maitri. Jaffer, Subbu and Maria learn that a spirit is pretending to be Maitri. They deduce that JD's life is in danger. JD visits an old house and learns that the spirit's name is Maya. He learns about the death of Maya and her grandparents. The spirits of Maya and her grandparents try to kill JD and Jaffer. Maria burns down the house and saves them. JD learns that Maitri is alive.
A soul transfer itself into a lady's body named as, Anita. The ghost tries to kill the Anita's, but the child's father saves him. JD starts the investigation on Anita's husband's complaint. The next day, Anita meets an accident on the street. JD and his associate planchet and calls Anita's soul. Later, the soul gets into Maria's body, but JD comes to her house in the meantime and saves her from the ghost. The ghost's of the people whom the wicked soul killed thanks JD for giving their soul peace.
Anand finds a bag full of money and he kills his entire family, affected by a spirit. JD recites a number on the crime scene. Anand leaves the bag of money in an auto and meets with an accident. JD learns that the note which has the serial number recited by him is prohibited as those notes were robbed. He suspects that the spirits of the robbers are causing the murders. Affected by the robbers spirits, Jagat's family members kill each other. Meanwhile, the spirits enter JD's body. JD prevents the spirits from harming him.
Later, the old woman ties Subbu and Maria and effigy ghosts surround them. JD learns that effigy ghosts are attracted by a symbol and destroys it from Subbu and Maria's body. JD draws the same symbol near the old woman's house and effigy ghosts surround her house. Subbu captures the ghosts after a ghost kills the old woman's husband. The old woman informs JD that their ancestors killed the tribal people to acquire their lands and she offers humans to pacify their souls.
The PRAID team learn about Megha's death. The team investigate a lake at Behrampur to find out about Megha. JD learns that the soul of Mohini is present in the lake. JD and his team decide to trap Mohini. Mohini attacks Maria, but JD and Jaffer save her from the same. JD learns that Mohini has possessed Alia. He learns about Mohini's past and decides to save Alia from her. Mohini attacks JD and Maria. JD saves Alia from Mohini's possession. He learns that Maitri is trapped in a cave.
JD arrives at Anjali's house on receiving the address from a stranger. Anjali informs him that she had run over a woman with her car. JD learns that the woman had died hours before she crashed with Anjali's car. Meanwhile, the stranger informs Jaffer that the spirit that is trying to harm Anjali is of Sunita, who died while undergoing abortion. JD figures out that the spirit of Sunita's unborn child is trying to take birth through Anjali's womb. JD saves Anjali. However, Anjali loses her baby.
Raman and his friends invite a spirit through an ouija board. Raman's parents are murdered and Raman is found missing. Two years pass. Ria witnesses some paranormal activity. Subbu and Maria try to investigate about the paranormal activity. Ria's parents are murdered. The police arrest Subbu and Maria. JD arrives at the house and finds a secret room behind a cupboard. He finds Ria and Raman there. JD rescues Ria. Lata's spirit rests in peace on meeting her son. JD informs Kamini that Lata died while giving birth to her son.
Seventeen people commit suicide in room no. 13 in JWL Royal. JD's team visits the hotel, but fails to visit room no. 13. Aaliya comes and stays in the same hotel, without JD's knowledge. Aaliya enters room no. 13. On learning the same, JD threatens the hotel owner and enters the room. He stops Aaliya from killing herself. The spirit asks JD to kill the hotel owner, as he raped her. JD assures the spirit to bring the hotel owner to justice and sends the spirit away with the help of Jaffar's tawiz.
In pursuit of Maitri, JD and his team reach a medical college. JD learns that Shalini, a first year medical student, has been possessed by a spirit. Shalini tries to kill Jaffer and Maria, but in vain. A possessed Shalini murders a few students, and commits suicide. Later, JD and Jaffer find a solution to destroy the spirit. JD saves few students by allowing the spirit to possess him. The spirit informs JD about Maitri, and releases him from its captivity. Jaffer admits JD to a hospital.
JD learns about Maitri's location through his vision. He learns that Rose has kept her in a haunted house. Jaffer and Maria locate the house. The PRAID team visits the house. JD learns that he has lost his ability of foreseeing the future. The PRAID team learns that Rose has been murdering innocent people who visit the house. JD finds Maitri, possessed by Rose. Jaffer rescues Maitri from Rose's possession, and becomes unconscious. JD learns that Maitri has lost her memories.
