What's this? A Kim Possible episode that actually makes an accurate reference to the past? Usually KP's continuity is too messed up for that. I'm shocked!
It's probably for the best that Drakken never got to launch his rocket. The old wooden lair likely wouldn't survive having a rocket launch just ten yards away. There's a reason that in real life, rocket launchpads have a miles-wide exclusion zone around them. It's not safe for people, or animals, to be so close to an operational rocket engine.
