The competitors meet for the first time and see who they will be sharing the jungle with for the next ten days. The first challenge sends them all on a ride through the sky and an encounter with some of the most amazing animals they have every seen face to face.
Things heat up when our animal experts come face to face with one of nature's most dangerous reptiles. Meanwhile, two competitors stoke the fires in a battle of the sexes. Someone redefines the word ""tree-hugger,"" and a fear of heights proves too much for one competitor to overcome.
Juvenile tigers make for a wild adventure in the water, as personalities are switched on for the competitors' first screen test. One competitor's over-the-top performance draws harsh criticism from the judges, and a well-hidden snake in the grass wreaks havoc on all.
Wildlife abounds as our competitors test the outer limits of their animal expertise. A tiny tree frog gives someone a big boost. Our competitors play hero to some endangered tiger cubs, but a difficult challenge high in the trees leads to a shocking elimination.

The competitors face their most dangerous challenge yet, and one competitor tackles their fear of snakes head on. Another makes a new friend, and a troop of rowdy baboons lightens the mood in camp.
An exotic bird makes for a difficult screen test. A little swim with a big animal proves to be a great tension-breaker. Then the rains come, and with only two days left, paranoia begins to set in
It's the final day. With nothing left to lose, the competitors face their toughest challenges yet, but one faces another, more daunting challenge on the home front. And its back into the big cat arena for the final challenge, and the King of the Jungle is finally crowned.
The King of the Jungle winner hosts his/her own wildlife special. The winner handles an American alligator and then travels to Egypt on a mission to witness the Nile crocodile in action as herds of zebra and wildebeest cross the river for a great migration.
Competitors arrive and go straight into competition.
Competitors must mimic an anteater sucking worms through a straw. Lang becomes king, leading a tumultuous reign. Roberto is eventually eliminated.
Competitors see how well they compare to chimpanzees using a little teamwork. Cherry is crowned and she and Lang clash. Henry volunteers for the pit and is eliminated.
Some colorful creatures have the competitors flying high. Bee becomes queen bee after a strong performance. In an ironic turn, it is Bee the mongoose who sends Lang the cobra to the pit and elimination.
In this special 2-hour episode, the pride gets a surprise when Henry, Shannon and Roberto return to vie for a place in the pride. Patrick reigns over a new pride, while Cherry and Cynthia are eliminated.
Shannon becomes reigning king after she and Lindsay wrangle a few snakes. A tense vote sends Tony and Roberto to the pit and Roberto is eliminated once again.
The competitors get a whiff of some strong animal scents and Bee becomes the first competitor to be crowned twice. She then randomly selects her best friends Patrick and Lindsay for the Pit and it is Lindsay who must go home.
Pride members are faced with a challenge of a different stripe when they must correctly identify and match zebra patterns to the correct zebra. Bee proves her strength as a competitor when she is crowned for a third time. She sends Shannon and Tony to the pit and Shannon is eliminated for a second time.
Patrick, Bee and Tony are left, but only one will leave as King of the Jungle. The three compete in a wildlife photography contest where Patrick is a natural with the camera, becoming reigning king. Bee and Tony go to the pit and three-time reigning king Bee is eliminated. Tony and Patrick must make like a reticulated python in the final challenge and go to the pit on equal footing. With no rings in the pit the long challenge ends with Tony as king.
The winner of the competition is awarded with the title of nature-show host during this hour, which features a deadly predator in Florida and Nile crocodiles in Kenya.
