Onigri put on too much weight and can't fit in his tea ceremony costume anymore. He decides to lose weight, whatever the cost. Ebi tells him he should go to a sacred fountain to find water with dieting powers. But it's a trap!
Neko doesn't want to eat the Kobushis any more: he has become a vegetarian. But Master Tako realizes that, without Neko, the Kobushis aren't motivated to train. He does everything so that Neko recovers his appetite!
Not emotive enough, Tamago cannot cry in front of the bonsai cherry tree (samurai tradition). Onigri and Toro decide to help their friend by making him cry, whatever the cost.
Toro discovers the technique of the "cry that kills" and doesn't realise how much power he has just acquired. Ebi noticed: he stole the parchment and entrusted Neko with it. Neko then learns about the "cry that kills".
Toro discovers he went from the red plate to the black plate on the menu. He is now the best sushi, the most expensive! Toro shows off but none of the Kobushis acknowledge his "superiority".
Toro meets up by chance with Ronin, the legendary sushi-fighter. He decides not to let him go until he takes him in as his student.
Master Tako imposes a fasting on all his students. Onigri is delighted because Tako told him (in secret) that he could keep eating! However, Onigri is torn between his loyalty to his master and the lie he has to carry around.
Master Tako is ripped off by the Yakusas and takes dubious wasabi. As a result, Tako recovers his extraordinary strength which makes him lose his marbles completely and defy Neko.
The nicer Ebi is, the less stinky he gets! The Kudupus curse is finally broken. Ebi doesn't need to be eaten by Neko except that now that he smells nice, Neko really wants to eat Ebi.
Toro played with Master Tako's sacred sabre and broke it! Argh, the only solution - find a similar blade and replace it! But the only place to find sacred blades is on Neko's territory.
A three-legged frog, another Japanese lucky charm, replaces Neko. Ebi sees this as the perfect opportunity to be eaten by another god than Neko. But the frog loves his old stinky tide smell and doesn't want to devour him!
Knowing Shake is in love with the Ninjasmin, Ebi formulates a plan to find himself with Shake and get a kiss from her. But there is a problem, Shake in private is a lot less fun than the Shake he sees every day.
Toriga thinks he has found the way to reach the ocean, the real one. But instead of an ocean he comes face to face with a computer screen, trapped in the restaurant's accounting office.
Thinking they will please Master Tako, the Kobushis order a female octopus sushi.
To his surprise, Onigri is mistaken for the messiah! And he will cause miracles, but never on purpose. The problem is that Onigri, thinking he is actually a god, will quickly become intolerable.
Toro thinks he is suffering from an incurable illness. He doesn't know this illness is part of Ebi's plan: he stuck a rotten sausage on his head!
A horde of Californian Rolls wants to throw out the Kobushis from their village. Tamago tries infiltrating the gang and is captured. Tako has a plan to resolve the Rolls problem, and Neko is part of it!
Banh Bao goes to the village to ask for Tako's help. She is constantly bothered by the Yakusas who disrupt the quiet of the game room. Tako brings Hokkiga and Tamago on site, to discretely take care of its security.
Toro falls in love with a pretty Kobushette, Tamachan. But he doesn't know that Tamachan is no other than Tamago in disguise!
In reaction to the misogyny in the village, Shake organises a Women's day!
Neko dreamt he ate all the Kobushis. When he wakes up, he decides to make his dream come true...
Existential crisis at the village: the guardian doesn't want to guard the village anymore but become an artist! A godsend for Neko.
Shake receives an anonymous Haiku and asks Toro to help her find the author. The investigation starts.
