McCoy made a very reasonable offer with the criminally negligent homicide 1-3. The guy was a fool for going for 5-15 or not guilty. I agree with the goals of animal rights activists, but not methods like the ones in this episode. I'd find him guilty. He didn't think about the danger those monkeys would have towards other people if they were released.
