When Zack and his mom move into their new apartment crate, they soon discover that the other residents are not too happy about it. The new crate changes the order of the other apartments and causes chaos among the residents! It's now up to Zack and resident Evelyn to find a way to organize the apartments so that everyone is happy. Meanwhile, Savannah is put in charge of three food stands at a local food stall area as her dad and others have to take care of some emergencies. Stephanie realizes Savannah is overwhelmed and steps in before the crowds arrive during the lunch rush! Will the friends be able to handle it all successfully, or will everything fall apart?
Mia is missing only one scout badge: Resourcefulness, but due to her pre-planning exactitude, she keeps failing to pass the test. So she tries to impress Dottie to win the badge. Jackson is trying to solve a problem involving bees while Layla and Daniel are feuding over land rights.
