They are set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and acknowledge the continuity of the franchise's films and other television series. Marvel collectively refers to the group of shows as the "Marvel Street-Level Heroes," "Marvel Knights," "The Defenders Saga."

You can skip some if you're in a bind to catch up.

Iron Man 1 is just the origin story honestly, but it's decent.

Iron man 2 isn't really worth it, but it's not bad.

Incredible Hulk is a different actor, but it is his origin story if you care.

Thor 1 is the introduction to Thor, but it's not very memorable.

Thor 2 is bad, but there are some plot points that are referenced later (still the worst in the series though) if you don't care that you won't know the exact details of some events, definitely skip.

Black Widow happens right after Civil War chronologically, but it was released after Endgame. Skip the post credits scene if you are watching chronologically.
