I really love the writing. At the end of the previous episode you'd expect all hell to break loose and they come back with a slow start. And all the while you sit through the episode waiting for the heat to come. And they deliver.

The episode really had something of a western feel to it with everyone trapped in the sheriffs station.

The pace is still underwhelming. The focus is on showing how lethal Frank is. But we already knew that.

This one was a very tense episode, sort of a condensed “Assault on Precinct 13” meets “Rio Bravo” and crosses “High Plains Drifter” vibe here. All in all, great action scenes.

Another great episode! It reminded me of a Supernatural episode, "Just in Bello' S3E12.

My favorite moment is when the Deputy likens Frank to "The High Plains Drifter"

Dr. Dumont has to be the dumbest doctor...billy beats up a bunch of cops & her attitude is, it’s ok you didn’t do anything wrong. What a dumb doctor.

Billy has a dumb and arrogant doctor. Probably was her idea to put that stupid mask on him.

Rachel is annoying as shit. I hope they kill her off in this episode.

This was so intense & epic. I loved everything about it. so far, the show is doing very well for me!

OK, so not just a priest killer. But a member of a small town extremist Christian sect led by uber wealthy people who have something to hide. Was that his wife ? He barely even speak to her. And the tattoos, eastern europe mafia style ?

Girl has lots of aliases, interesting. She was obviously involved, but seemed a bit coincidental till now. Though she's been taking Frank's behavior very calmly, and now her attitude with the cops, she's got experience.

Billy escapes. And all the security guys / cops do not know that the most dangerous guy there is the guy with the mask ? They just rush in, walking past him ?

Going through all the classics. Bar fight. Shootout at the motel. And now assault on a police precinct. Frank used to finish all his fight in pretty bad shape, but he's taking out a lot of guys here, for no injury at all.

Anyway, action's pretty good. Hope there's still more of that and not too much focus on Russo.

Not necessarily the most original or structured storyline, so all goes down to a solid screenplay, tight editing and directing, and good performances by all the cast. Well if that ain't enough for you, at least just admit that Frank badass-o-meter went totally over scale this time...

Why they pulled the plug over the show, god dammit.

And man, Tyler Bates is one of the best action soundtrack composer!

Is that psycho Ned Flanders guy the villian for this season? And what is that girl hiding?

In a flashback with the mysterious man, he becomes involved with a wealthy man to work for him to support his wife. Rachel tells the officers the truth but the Sheriff just tells her that he knows she has multiple aliases which does not make her trustworthy. Russo gets angry, attacks some guards and escapes from the hospital. Back at the station, the mysterious man comes hoping to take Frank, Rachel and the woman from the motel but the cops won't let him. The man leaves, shuts the power off and with an army of people, they attack the police station. One of the officers gets shot, the woman escapes with help from the attackers. Frank takes control of the situation and leaves the station to fight back and when Homeland Security shows up, the mysterious man escapes. Madini tells Frank that Russo has escaped and she is taking him and Rachel to New York.

The first episode of the season to actually feel almost as good as any of Season 1's episodes
