What kind of atmosphere is there amongst pilots ? It's not the first time that you hear about a pilot that shouldn't be flying. Why were those never reported to the airlines? What kind of punishment do co-pilots fear from their employer. Is it that you might not get another job because you report someone ? It should be in the interest of everyone, the airlines first and foremost, to sort out those unfit to fly. I don't get it. Well it seems they remedied that problem today but how many deaths could have been prevented I wonder ?
