McMillan was the short-lived last season of McMillan and Wife. In this season we find that Sally has died in a plane crash and Mildred has also departed the show. Mac now a bachelor lives in a new apartment with a new housekeeper, Agatha (Mildred's Sister). In addition Sgt. Enright has been promoted to Lt. which makes way for a new rookie, Sgt. Dimaggio to assist Mac. Mac also acquires a new secretary, Maggie.
