Anna & Gus bond over some late-night libations, wondering where Ella is and why she’s not responding to any of their damn calls. The following day, Bee announces they’ll be livestreaming the program at all times – like a Crazed Fashionista Big Brother – to the dismay of everyone else.
The livestream begins, putting pressure on all the designers. A frustrated and fed up Anna gets angry at Drew for pitching the idea in the first place, but Drew retaliates with some incriminating photos... of Ella.

Drew introduces a “drawstring design challenge” during the live stream in order to officially introduce the designers to the world. Each designer must create a garment that illustrates their style and also includes a drawstring. But just when the gang seems like they might be getting along, bee insists on pitting the designers against each other. And things go from bad to worse when Mirror/Mirror strikes again.
ollowing Anna’s brutal Mirror/Mirror take down, Drew and Andy appeal to the livestream viewers directly, begging them to help uncover the identity of Mirror/Mirror once and for all. And the public definitely delivers. Whether they like it or not, they have a lead…
When all suspicions lead to Gus, Andy decides to play the hero and unmask him live on air in order to win some brownie points with viewers. But our resident IT nerd reveals the truth. He knows who Mirror/Mirror is. And it’s definitely not who we think.
While the gang is horrified to discover that Percy’s been Mirror/Mirror all along, his reason why is an even bigger bombshell. Turns out Label’s been taken over by EZ Entertainment, a giant media conglomerate that owns a myriad of celeb-centric TV channels, magazines, and websites. Drew and the designers now have a new boss. And she’s officially terrifying.
Apparently it takes a corporate takeover to finally get Label’s designers to band together. As the group reels from EZ’s infiltration and Percy’s betrayal, they take to the blog for one final photo shoot. Meanwhile, it looks like their new overlords have big plans for the gang... and for one unlikely member in particular.
Reggie treats the audience to a promo of the “new” Label Designer Program livestream (a.k.a. An absurd “reality show” bonanza that has almost nothing to do with fashion). It’s extreme and over the top and it leaves our gaggle of designers flabbergasted. Especially when they realize who’s the star of the show.
When Drew sees how out of hand the designer competition is getting under Reggie's rule, she attempts to refocus the livestream viewers on what's important: the designer's talent and skill. Meanwhile, Andy tries to refocus Janice on their broken friendship, but Janster might be moving towards the dark side...
Drew tries to reach out to a defeated Andy. Meanwhile, Anna is fed up with the “new and improved” livestream. Much to Drew’s horror, Anna’s a stone’s throw away from quitting. That is, until she shares an interesting moment and new connection with Bee.
As Reggie conducts some warped interviews with the designers, Drew realizes just how skewered things are getting with the livestream. She decides to stand up to her new boss and defend the integrity of her designers. Meanwhile, Andy’s grand gesture blows up in his face. What was that about “integrity”?
The livestream hits next level ridiculousness as the designers are forced to endure one clichéd reality trope after another, including The Bee-chelorette and Fashionista Fear Factor. As Drew and Gus comb the designers’ contracts to find a way to get them out of this mess, they uncover the details behind Jeanne’s Label exodus. And then they get the call they’ve been waiting for... from Ella!
Ella reveals where she’s been—and why she’s been forbidden to contact the gang. While Drew and Gus are sympathetic, Anna’s having a harder time accepting her best friend’s sudden return. Meanwhile, Drew takes Ella’s advice to heart... and starts to make a plan.
The holidays are upon us... MzLabelled style. During the big holiday livestream episode, the winner of the design competition is finally announced. And so are Reggie’s plans for the future of the program. Drew sees her chance to put her plan into play.
As Drew attempts to rally the troops and instigate her walkout, she goes directly up against the evil Reggie. It’s Drew versus EZ—and the designers are caught in the middle. Which side will they choose? As the livestreaming tug of war plays out for the world to see, Drew will get some surprise encouragement from an unlikely source... and, ultimately, so will Reggie.
