I know some disabled people don't like the term "differently abled" but I'm using the term to include people who may, for example, have dwarfism or have a heavily scarred/deformed body (part), but wouldn't consider themselves "disabled" in any way. Includes people of the Americas with Amerindian descent including Brazilians, because not counting them as "Latino" just because they're people of Amerindian descent who don't speak the right Romance language seems pretty stupid to me.

Excludes non-Mestizo/Pardo/mixed Portuguese and Hispanic/Spaniard people. Spaniards and Portuguese people are included in the European (Latin/Romance) list.
