I'm glad they didn't give us an "...and they lived happily ever after" finale. I hope they don't ruin it with a second season just because this is the most talked about series of 2020

I feel no series captured early adulthood love quite like this one. The story and events are not even that important, in that the connection displayed between Mescal and Edgar-Jones is so real, their intimacy so profound, their parallel yet different growth so believable - that you just feel their emotions alongside them.

It's going to set the standard for romantic chemistry I see on screen from now on, and that's no small feature.
Just brilliant

idk why but the ending for this series feels so much better than the book

Oh god… I was dreading the last episode so I’ve been putting it off. And they’re ending it like that… my heart.

Daisy Edgar jones is achingly beautiful in this meloncholic love story.

I’m pretty sure I missed some of the nuances of this tv show but I liked this tv show.

A bittersweet, uncertain, yet satisfactory ending.

it'd be easy to hate this finale for not really being climatic enough but that's kinda life isn't it? really thought this was an earnest and thoughtful portrayal of what modern love feels and looks like and thought this finale nailed that sentiment.
