If this episode didn't convince you that Phineas and Isabella were one of the best cartoon "couples" on television (at least in terms of ships), then I don't know what could. Even beyond that though, this is a fantastic episode that makes great use of it's double lengthed runtime. It's a great Halloween based episode - spooky in the right ways while also retaining the sense of fun, optimism, and humor the show is known for.
The Doofenshmirtz plot is also really funny once again, taking place almost entirely in one spot and being something of a squabble between Perry and Doof and it's just brilliant. One of the best Season 1 episodes.
