They all come after Popeye and Olive, with Popeye taking them on in battle. The best moment is the animation of Popeye grabbing an elephant by the tail and whipping him in a big circle. It looks like it could have been intended as 3-D. The characters do that bouncy, bopping thing. They never sit still. It's kind of endearing.
