Chandra and Tom bought their foreclosure home seven years ago, and it's been a DIY disaster ever since. Rather than adding to its value, their shoddy renovations have decreased the value of the property and now they're stuck in real estate limbo. Jonathan gets busy with an ambitious overhaul that includes turning a hot tub time machine into a tantalizing summer kitchen, while Drew leads the search for a new property. Chandra is prepared to tackle a fixer-upper, but Tom has his mind set on a hassle-free turnkey home.
