“If I could still have people beheaded, you would be in my queue.” Love her:sob:
I was surprised by how cute young Brimsley is, I even had a thought that perhaps he were more than her confidant? The king is sweet, but I didn't like this double-edge-sword of his attitude - nice at first and rejecting later. Bit I guess it'll resolve in the next episodes.
the first half had me smiling from ear to ear like an idiot
Is it me or did they break some 5th wall right at the start?
King George just casually making the best first impression ever.
Holy hell, young Charlotte’s smile is absolutely stunning and it makes her look so cute:heart: And then when we cut to her older version, and she’s just her sarcastic, sassy iconic self; I LOVE IT
Oh my god, I am so excited for a young Lady Danbury. She’s so iconic, and I can already tell I’m going to love her all over again!
George and Charlotte already have so much chemistry! The way they were looking at each other literally had me giggling, twirling my hair, and kicking my feet up
Phenomenal casting, Shonda Rhimes never disappoints.
The one thing that didn’t make sense was the wedding night. If this is somewhat based in history, him doing that would’ve been grounds for an annulment, she could’ve even requested it and cause a scandal.
Their first meeting was so cute
I just loved the way she was introduced to George. I know it was a bit predictable but it caught me off guard this time and it was nice. I think it was a nice start to the new series, especially how it ended. As expected the soundtrack is also fantastic, and the scenery is stunning. I love these series.
Absolutely loved Charlotte and George's first meeting... He is very charming and has a beautiful smile!

Is it too much to ask the protagonist of a period drama to know what sex is? I'm not asking for comprehensive sex ed, but knowing what sex is doesn't feel like a tall ask.
