Eun Ho Won is a young woman who has tried 100 times to get a job. Every single time, however, disqualification greets her. Exhausted and distraught, she makes a dangerous decision. Little does she know, through this decision, she crosses paths with two others.
As her 101st attempt, Ho Won applies for Houline’s open recruitment. However, she soon finds out that Woo Jin has become a new general manager of Houline and almost gives up on landing a job this time again. Then, she receives a call from the resources department and is offered to be a temporary employee.
Ho Won finds out that it’s her who’s terminally ill and decides to hand in her resignation letter. She also writes an email to Ki Taek and Kang Ho, but makes a terribly awful mistake.
While preparing to renew a contract with an outsourcing online marketing agency, Woo Jin notices that Hauline has been working with the same agency despite their poor outcome and demand in higher payment. It turns out that the CEO of that agency is the nephew of the chief director, Han Jung Tae.
Woo Jin is suspicious about the trio’s not taking the entrance exam and decides to give them a task to replace it. Meanwhile, Ho Won decides to take on the blame for Ki Taek. However, the consequence is much bigger than she thought.
While on their way to do the volunteer service, the employees of Hauline get into a car accident. Ho Won is slightly injured and Woo Jin suggests her to get some tests done to prevent any later symptoms, and she runs away because she’s worried her health condition would be revealed.
Ho Won, Ki Taek, and Kang Ho secretly receive a nearly impossible order from Yong Jae. They worry about how they would carry on this mission. Meanwhile, Woo Jin is surprised by a stranger.
Woo Jin gives Ho Won and Ki Taek a new task to be in charge of the catalog for the new products. To do a great job, they check the content 22 times before sending it to the printer. However, it turns out the price on the catalog has been printed wrong while many customers have already purchased the items.
Through Ki Taek, Woo Jin finds out that Ho Won is terminally ill, and he is shocked. Kang Ho finds out a secret. Meanwhile, Ho Won prepares gifts for her fellow colleagues.
Ho Won is transferred to the hospital and she anxiously waits for the test results. Meanwhile, Woo Jin runs into an unexpected circumstance, and he is interrogated by the audit department. Later, the three temporary employees receive name cards with their own names on them. However, they witness a shocking interview as they come to work next day.
Seo Hyun’s interview is shown in the office building, and the three of them are shocked. Ho Won is enraged that Hyun didn’t tell her the truth. Meanwhile, Mr. Jerk finds something unbelievable.
Mr. Park tries to get rid of the chief director using Woo Jin and to become a chief director himself. Woo Jin sees through his plan and attempts to bring Mr. Park down with this opportunity. However, Mr. Park begs the chairman’s son to save him and only the chief director is appointed to be in probation as a result.
There is a fierce competition between the three that used to look after each other. The company is only going to hire one person for the full-time position. Ho Won, Kang Ho, and Ki Taek are on full alert and do not share ideas on the report with each other. Meanwhile, Seo Hyun steps in as the chief director for sales and management team.
The company is holding a public contest for the design of their new furniture line. Its guideline says that the company will give a recruitment opportunity to a winner, so many people apply in hopes they will get hired. However, the human resources team has decided that they won’t be hiring any employees for this season.
Ho Won goes against Hyun’s fake recruitment plan. However, her colleagues do not side with her. Meanwhile, Woo Jin is ordered by Hyun to make a list of people who will be laid off.
To protect his team members from the company’s downsizing, Woo Jin resigns. The chief director tries to make Ms. Cho fill in the position and expedite the new project, but all the employees feel unrest with changes in the company. Meanwhile, Ki Taek decides to break up with Ji Na as he’s seriously ill.
