One of the better episodes of season two and once again highlights the weaknesses of the ensemble and how a little less silliness is definitely a better thing.
WPC Button is absent from this episode and her presence is not remotely missed. Even Sam (who I like as a character) taking a backseat and being largely missing from the main investigation leaving Felix to take the lead, highlights how two detectives are unnecessary — especially when combined with a supporting WPC character.
