This might be the worst episode of all time :(
Man, I liked this episode. The song was banging, lol.
I agree, the voice is completely off though.
Man… this was not good.
i love this show and its staying power is one of the more impressive things i've probably ever seen in my life but this may be the worst episode of the show
WTF did I just watched? What happend to Southpark? In my humble opinion: Not what it's supposed to be..
I liked it! It was cute seeing the characters in their pajamas. Looks like Butters got a new onesie in his collection, which was pretty adorable.
I don't know what this show even is anymore because it sure isn't the same South Park I know. Not a single crude, dirty or offensive joke was made throughout the entire runtime of this episode. Mr. Garrison acts like a completely different character now because I guess it's 2021 and we can no longer make fun of gay people? For whatever reason Mr. Mackey's voice actor was changed to someone that attempts a poor impression of him. The song and dance number in the middle of the episode is just completely uncanny, out of nowhere and sounds like something that would play on children's program not a South Park episode. This episode was so terrible that I would honestly rather watch any of the new Family Guy episodes than watch this. Squidbillies, Always Sunny in Philadelphia, these were the few shows up until 2021 that PC culture hadn't completely ruined but all of that changed going into the new year, I guess with South Park at least it was a gradual decline but this episode finally sticks a fork in it and buries the series six feet under. The studio who works on South Park have finally beaten every last inch of identity out of the show.
[5.0/10] Not an encouraging start to the season. There’s a few decent observations here, like people’s rush to call one another Nazis at the slightest disagreement, or the way people can obstinate about not changing their positions on even trivial things for fear of seeming weak. But first and foremost, nothing here is particularly funny, which stinks for South Park. And more to the point, the show seems to get lost in its masking metaphor at some point, which is a questionable perspective to start with, and isn’t dramatized well with the whole “wearing pajamas” analogy.
The kids treating Pajama Day like the Met Gala is a mildly amusing sequence, I suppose, and there’s something interesting, albeit largely unexplored, in Wendy’s suggestion to just tell Mr. Garrison he’s right to end the issue even though they did nothing wrong. But this is largely a limp, unfocused installment, whose “opposite day” resolution seems like a cheap out for the issues the show means to address.
But the subtitles say it's Token?
A lot of comments saying this may be the worst episode of the series. I don't know if I'd go that far. The German stuff was pretty funny.

The pajama-mask metaphor while at times humorous was a tad strained. The epidemic of teachers oversharing with their students was a bit more spot on. The song was awesome though. Fortune favors the bold, but this wasn't bold enough
