Yet another option to eliminate the Borg? Again a virus?

Solid action episode. They had the expensive Borg cube set. I guess they had to reuse it for another double feature. It further reduces the amount of anxiety the Borg can inspire. The crew has discovered many imperfections by now. Plus, the very fact that it's yet another Borg episode could be viewed negatively: This show could become too "Borg-ish" and retell old stories again and again but I said it before and I'll say it again: given how lacklustre all the other species in the quadrant are, I'll prefer the Borg as Voyager's archenemy for the time being. (And of course it again explores the possibility of individuals within the collective. As if there's no other interesting topic you could focus on hen it comes to the Borg civilization.)

PS: Is the end a good cliffhanger? Don't think so. Everybody understands that the capture and "assimilation prep" is likely part of the plan. I mean, Chaotay even indicates something to that effect.

The Janeway Directive strikes again

Disappointing, with worse than average directing, and acting from the guest stars, except boyfriend guy. He was okay. Unfortunately, the relationship subplot and the Voyager banter and Janeway's bravado, and BQ's dialog was also tepidly cliché cringe. They also really should have used a vocoder effect with the Borg Queen's voice.

Much less interesting than the first time the VOY crew came into direct conflict with the Borg and made the uneasy truce that resulted in Seven's introduction to the crew.

I am not particularly thrilled they choose to do a Borg two parter again. Feels completely like a "been there done that" moment. The cliffhanger is weak in any case as it is fairly obvious that being assimilated is part of the plan.
Not sure how I think about Unimatrix Zero, a safe haven for Borg to go to and express their individuality. Well, at least as some form of consciousness projektion. Now it seems there are many Borg drones (yes, one in a million but with billions of Borg, that's still a lot) who contain their individuality in regeneration due to a genetic mutation. Kind of far fetched but it's scifi.
Why they have to again insert some form of romantic angle is beyond me as it really doesn't add anything of value at this point.
