Somebody better put Wray in her place. She needs to get it through her thick skull that military operations don't answer to any civilian except the Commander in Chief or the Secretary of Defense. She is a nobody and has no authority at all. Please, someone unfuck that idiot.
And write up Scott for insubordination. He is making a habit of disobeying orders. He needs a reality check.
Hopefully, we get more of the new Telford. I'm loving Lou Diamond Phillips as Telford, but damn does he play a good asshole. Definitely a "love to hate" role for him. Hopefully, he'll be less of a douchebag now.
A few questions about Young's plan.
Why not evacuate the air ahead of time. You know they are not friendly, so make the gateroom inhospitable from the get go. Don't waste time evacuating the air after they gate in. That is just dumb.
If you aren't going to vent ahead of time, you should just go in and shoot them as they come through the gate.
What sort of incompetent plan is this?
And we see what happens when you have a horrible plan. This should have been short and sweet, but Young fucked it all up. Way too slow no matter what way you look at it.
For a show that has been written so well up to this point, this episode is a tremendous disappointment. The plan makes no sense and is just an excuse to have a the Lucian Alliance get aboard. What a absolute letdown.
