I feel like Amy is such a bad manager, like almost glenn level! When we first met amy she was strong and confident but she really is a glenn when it comes to dealing with power figures, I’m gonna need for her to step up.

"The same MAC address"? Twitter doesn't even see that. And even if they did, Cloud 9 HR wouldn't be able to get such information from Twitter without a court order. I'll buy being able to see which domains a device on the store's network visited, because DNS lookups aren't encrypted in most cases, but Cloud 9 IT shouldn't be able to see search queries—those are sent in the HTTP connection, which by 2019 would almost certainly be encrypted by default no matter which search engine was used.
