Adam has his suspicion that Xue Ling is behind the ‘too-good-to-be-true' rental deal for the new MMA gym. He confronts Chris about it and under pressure, Chris blurts out that it is indeed Xue Ling's arrangement and Adam makes things worse by questioning Xue Ling at the office in front of everyone.
