It was hard to recognize Christopher Lloyd without Doc Brown's big hair, but as soon as "Reverend Jim" said his first word I knew who he was. I really do primarily recognize actors by voice, don't I?
Speaking of Christopher Lloyd, the line, "This is heavy," appears in this episode. It could be a Back to the Future reference, if not for the fact that "Paper Marriage" was filmed about two years before Back to the Future even began development in late 1980. Maybe Marty McFly's catchphrase of sorts was actually a Taxi reference? (Probably not, but hey—it's still a neat connection.)
