In Nova Scotia, in 2015, off duty police officer Catherine Campbell disappeared after night out in Halifax. Tracking her last movements, this led the police to Christopher Garnier, and the police found some very strange CCTV footage. What Christopher Garnier did that night gave him PTSD, which did not sit well with Canadians.
