Unable to accept this fate, Gayl comes up with a last ditch plan to pull the station, and his life, back from the abyss.
Gayl and the rest of the gang work around the clock, rehearsing their numbers for the telethon to save the Shop At Home Channel. Jealous of Gayl's new moisturizing product, JD hatches a plot to give everyone at the channel exactly what they deserve.
Gayl hosts the telethon like a man on a mission, begging the TV audience to pledge generously so they can save Hamilton's only regional shopping channel. But it doesn't matter how much money they raise, because JD has a deadly plan to spoil the fun.
