The Bobby Goldsboro Show was television's highest rated variety series in syndication in the 1970's. Hosted by Bobby Goldsboro, he usually had only one guest star and a short comedy skit with a puppet or video character played by Calvin Calaveras (voice of Peter Cullen) and a hand-puppet dog named Jonathan Rebel.
