So E2 Wells is Zoom trying to kill Flash ? That would be a bit repetitive. Do all this portals lead to the same Earth (2) or do they lead to many Earths?
Since the next episode seems to be featuring my least favorite non-metahuman I think the second season has the same problem as the first: an interesting major story flanked by a lot of unnesserry side stories. This show would have been profited from shorter seasons a lot.
I did not like the narrative of the episode, but the end has improved.
The confidence once lost is difficult to recover. Other worlds, they will use Fringe style?

There is a slight possibility that the Jay Garrick we've seen is Zoom pretending. They could be playing the "they wouldn't have the villain use the same strategy". He mentioned that he couldn't defeat Sand Demon with the lightning technique but afterwards say Barry learned it much faster than he was able to. (May be an script error or Zoom making a minor slip since he is more powerful than Flash)
Cisco using the term Vibe is forced and a very eighties word. Oh snap 52 Earths (well if there are 52 portals that would make 53?)
Harrison Wells being in the alternate timeline may be a red herring (another alternate Earth) or his alternate may be Zoom. It does have the retro look they are pushing for Jay Garrick Flash (even though it is post 1991 so maybe time is consistent).
