With presumed consent now law everyone in Wales is a potential organ donor when they die, unless they opt out. This three-part series documents a year since the legislation change, with unprecedented access to donor families and the patients waiting for life-saving transplants at the University Hospital of Wales. On the intensive care ward, Stuart's family say their goodbyes following their brave decision to donate his organs to help others. Anwar is still waiting for his-life changing kidney transplant, until the call comes, he'll continue with his dialysis treatment. Ten-year-old Jade also has kidney failure but there's good news as grandad Dave is revealed to be a potential live donor. Anna-Louise is coming to terms with having donated her son's organs, and is channelling her grief into something positive.
