For long stretches this show feels like cheap drama, with all the romances and stuff. Which is OK because it's escapism, and that's what Hollywood sells.
But then there are the stories like the orchestra and the two friends who knew each other from a different time. And that's when reality hits you.
The show has picked up a really good pace!
