The Magaluf Weekender is a unique new six-part documentary series following goings-on at the infamous holiday resort of Magaluf in Mallorca.   Each week we will follow two different groups of 18-24 year-olds as they head out to the resort to party away a long weekend of their lives.   For some, it is their first holiday without their parents, as they check-in to the Lively hotel with their friends for three days they will never forget. Mainly thanks to the fixed rig cameras throughout the hotel filming their every move. On hand to ensure the guests have the trip of a lifetime are our four characterful holiday reps – Jamie-Leigh, Imogen, Brett and Jordan.   With cameras filming throughout the hotel from reception to the bar, pool and bedrooms of holiday-makers, everything that happens on the trip can be recorded to capture the ultimate truth, good or bad, about what happens when you fill a hotel in a Spanish resort with young Brits determined to have a good time.

The first guests to arrive at The Lively are three lads from Nuneaton, Cameron, Lewis and Josh. They have been best friends for years and admit to being closer than most.

Josh says: “We’ve all kissed each other quite a lot and we’ve all showered together quite a lot.”

Lewis has a girlfriend back home but Cameron and Josh are very much single and confess they have come to Magaluf to pull, but they admit to having varying standards.

Cam says: “Josh will pull anything that moves, two out of ten, where as I’m a little bit more picky.”

Next to arrive are four single party-loving girls from Liverpool, Andrea, Abbie, Ellen and Lauren.

Flirtatious Lauren says: “I usually go for bad boys…Jordan seems like a little player, but he seems like a little bad boy at the same time and I quite fancy him.” But Cameron quickly grabs her attention too.

The group head out for their first night on the town together, to check out what Magaluf has to offer.

After a few drinks, Imogen can’t help herself where Jordan’s concerned, whilst Josh gets blown out by Ellie and so makes a beeline for Andrea, before promptly forgetting her name the next day. Meanwhile, hungover Cameron can’t remember what happened between him and Lauren, much to her disappointment.

Lauren becomes mates with fellow Scouse Imogen and after discussing the history between Imogen and Jordan, Lauren promises she will be following the Scouse-code and steering clear of Jordan out of respect for her new pal. But that only makes her a more interesting challenge in Jordan’s eyes and more drama and tears soon ensue as the weekend unfolds.

First to arrive are four single boys from Rochdale, Ryan, Rob, Kieran and James. The boys have been close friends since college and it’s Rob’s first time abroad.

Also checking in to The Lively hotel this week are three lovely 18-year-old lasses from Bridlington in Yorkshire, Lauren, Elenya and Lauren.

Lauren says: “It’s nice to finally get away from home and not have anyone there to tell you, ‘You can’t go do this you can’t go do that.’”

The boys admit to Jordan they have concerns for their mate Ryan and are keen to enlist his help.

Rob explains: “It’s been nine months since he’s done anything with a girl.”

Jordan works his magic as the group hit the bars together and Ryan is thrilled: “Oh my God, Jordan is a miracle worker, honestly I can’t believe it. They might be kisses on the cheek but they are still brilliant. Hopefully he’s going to help me out some more. I don’t know how far I’m gonna go, but I hope I’m gonna go pretty far.”

Meanwhile, Jordan sets his own sights on Lauren. She is quickly warned off him by her friends but it doesn’t stop her from asking for his ring. Ryan gets a stripe shaved on his head by the boys after losing a bet. And Jaime-Leigh and Tobi get closer, which doesn’t go unnoticed by Imogen.

First to arrive are a trio of 19-year-olds friends from South-East London, Jack, John and Callum. All are single and looking for some action.

John has high expectations: “The first lads’ holiday you go on is going to be remembered for the rest of your life, so you’ve got to make the most of it. I’m gonna definitely smash it.”

Meanwhile Jack admits: “Our main target of the holiday is to get Callum’s cherry popped…”

Next up best mates Lian and Becky check-in to the hotel from Norwich. Both are single and Becky says: “Mine and Leanne’s motto is go hard or go home, so if you can’t handle it, don’t come out.”

Self-conscious Callum takes an early shine to Lian and is determined not to get stuck in the friends’ zone. As the group hit the town together, Jordan is keen to break the ice with a group game of ‘pass the ice cube’.

Imogen and John soon hit it off but after too many drinks, John has to be put to bed alone, to Imogen’s disappointment. And having pulled Leanne during their night out, Callum is devastated when she also falls asleep in her room.

Meanwhile, Jaime-Leigh and Tobi acknowledge the growing chemistry between them. Jaime says: “Tobi and I get on really well and we definitely have a connection. We are a little bit flirty but nothing’s really going to happen there, I don’t think.”

But Tobi has other ideas: “It’s early days so far, however me and Jaime-Leigh get on very well, there’s a lot of chemistry. She’s a tough nut to crack, however with a bit of persistence I can definitely get there.”

Fearing it’s make or break night with Leanne, Callum takes some advice from Tobi, who later realises Lian isn’t interested and encourages Callum to move on to other girls, resulting in tension within the group.

As Jordan declares himself Callum’s wingman for the final night, will the boys succeed in their mission for Callum?

And romance continues to blossom between Imo

First to arrive are three wet-behind-the-ears boys from Kent, Jack, Louwrens and Sean.

Sean has just turned 18 and has never been to a nightclub before in his life. He has left his girlfriend and love-of-his-life back at home to come and experience real nightlife for the first (and possibly last) time. These indie boys are unsure how ‘Maga’ they are, but are keen to give it their best shot!

Holidaying with the boys are joined-at-the-hip pair Bella and Chelsea from Essex. Bella is a former beauty pageant competitor who Jordan immediately crowns the ‘fittest guest’ they have ever had at the hotel. He plans to ‘graft’ like never before to make sure he gets his girl, although Bella is unconvinced due to Jordan’s reputation.

The first night out ends in an early finish as first-timer Sean struggles with the Maga madness and despite Jordan’s efforts, Bella manages to stick to her plan and keep him at arm’s length.

As the holiday continues, Jack shows off his Michael Jackson impersonation and ends up losing a bet and braving the strip in full makeup, while Andy Murray lookalike Louwrens ends up playing tonsil tennis. Jaime-Leigh and Tobi’s relationship continues to flourish, while Jordan takes Bella on a romantic date.

So, as the guests and reps party away the long weekend, will Sean make it through another night on the strip? And will Jordan ever get his girl?
