2x04 Escalation

Omg Trade Minister Tagomi's scenes where he travels between worlds are so beautiful! and it gives me so much peace knowing he truly phisically is traveling (I think), and I guess proof of this is that after returning he saw some scars on his aide's arm and he was from Nagasaki, which means in our world/their other world, he wouldn't be alive so it's like he has access to both worlds, that's so cool and I wanna see more of that and it's so unfair we only get glimpses of that.
And who were those people trying to kill Juliana? I was clueless the rest of the episode and I'm reading here on the summary that it was the NY resistance warned by Gary, and that kinda makes sense, except isn't George Dixon the unnamed man the Man in the high castle was trying to find? how did the resistance found him? I don't know, I'm kinda lost.
