Great episode! David really got some issues, like something is missing in his life, and it's sort of sad. Rachel seems jealous about Tim going out with Rachel, but the episode's main topic is David wanting everyone to like him and be the center of attention. It's a bit frustrating to watch, but it's realistic, and the show portrays that in a funny way, with the characteristic British black humor.

The staff appraisals brilliant. The big guy with the glasses is comedy gold, “under strengths you’ve put accounts and under weaknesses you’ve put eczema”. I’ve had to rewatch this episode over and over again, pure brilliance.
