The bit with the dog is seriously messed up. Cut the dog open, stuff it with explosives, sew it up, wrap it in barbed wire, and leave it to suffer until it blows up. Seriously messed up.

01x06 - Fuck You and Eat Shit: 7.4/10 (Good, It Gets the Job Done, Slightly Flawed)
Despite the hour-long runtime, I felt like the story could have progressed more; in fact, the last three episodes have all fallen short in this regard. Just two episodes remain in the season, and it seems like they are trying to cram too much into them in order to preserve as much of the story as possible for the second season. Many aspects, such as what the Neoprims actually are, remain unexplained. We haven't spent enough time with Zubov to have a good sense of what exactly his deal is. While a good mystery is always appreciated, it's crucial to provide viewers with a deeper understanding of the established characters of people and key concepts. The introduction of Lowbeer was unquestionably the best part of the episode. Hopefully, things will get much more interesting from here on out.
Episode 5 was the best episode since the pilot. I thought things were going to pick up and get better, but instead, we got what is perhaps the worst and most boring episode yet. This show is the definition of wasted potential.
Not a fan of Billings, but the role is well played and the lines are delivered so well, it's hard not to be impressed. Definitely a character I could see more of.
What a great episode! I'm very impressed with the dialog in this episode and the tension is palpable. Very, very good.
So he didn't lose his legs in combat? Kind of hard to feel sorry for someone that was messing around in a combat zone.
The last episodes feel more like fillers. I still like them as it's important for the story but I wish this season had more episodes the last two episodes are likely not enough to get far (will the first season have a pretty open ending?).
Was Conner the target of that empathy manipulation experiment that the scientist mentioned in the last episode? I didn't pay enough attention to be sure...
Anyway, that must've been quite traumatizing and it's no wonder that Conner is pretty messed up :o
Bob and the Picketts form an "entertaining"/interesting relationship in a weird way. Let's see how that'll end... Maybe that'll keep them busy for a while :D

I don't appreciate the juvenile and crude title of this one, and I didn't particularly appreciate Lowbeer's over-the-top presence and scenery chewing. Overall, this is one of the less impressive and entertaining episodes so far.
Another awkward romantic moment between Flynn and Wilf. Also, isn't Flynn supposed to be helping locate Aelita? I suppose we'd lose half the cast, but the characters in the stub seem to be irrelevant at this point. I'm starting to think that Zubov isn't as smart as he claims.
