I was expecting a happy epilogue-type episode and instead, I got 2+ hours of sad. Guess it's my fault for not looking for spoilers about what these "true events" the drama was based on were.
Still mad that this last episode was such a bummer-fest though. Not one of their babies survived. Why did this show (and the universe) hate San so much? The man had to suffer his father's execution, the unattainable expectations and abuse of his grandfather and the million and one times the woman he loved broke his heart because she refused to be clear and emotionally honest with him. They really set out to make his character as miserable as possible. I'm salty he was denied any type of lasting happiness after all the heartbreak in his life.

Holy sh*t rip my heart out and stomp on the pieces why don't you. I dig a 'good' sad ending tho, they hurt so good
They did our boy San dirty though, the man just could not catch a break bless his heart.
This finale got me emotionally drained, off to watch a fluffy romcom now to recharge, good grieff
