Comedy series for children. In 1899 a ship, The Antelope, with a crew of Lilliputians is shipwrecked off the north east coast of Britain, the survivors are befriended by two schoolchildren .
Gerald, Philippa and the Lilliputians have various adventures around the boarding house. The Lilliputians captured in a picnic hamper, and kept in the children’s bedroom, brave the stairs and the boarding house cat.
Harwell Mincing suspects the existence of the Lilliputians, so he sets a trap to try to catch them. The Lilliputians help themselves to paint blancmange, convincing Millie that the house is haunted.
Philippa and Gerald persuade the little people to do their piano practice for them. The Lilliputian take up residence in a well appointed doll’s house. But are they safe from Harwell Mincing?
Both angelic and devilish work is afoot. Could it have something to do with the new gardener?
