I love this show... Although they spend a bit to much time reviewing previous episodes.
If i had to sum it all up:
lot's of handshakes
not as sketchy as ancient aliens, but i does have it's moments.
it takes 2 seasons to finally start a dig
hoping that one day a new narrator will be hired for history channel.
its fun, but dont expect emmy's .
Ow yeah THE DRAGON... what a douche: season 2 when the helikopter lands and he's bro-hugging the owner of skinwalker ranch... hilarious
Still love this show but its starting to head down the same path as curse of oak island,so please just dig the whole mesa up and check if there is a ufo or whatever is in it.
Looks like they have ran out of experiments to do, just repeating stuff they have already done so looks like its gonna be another "curse of oak island" which is a shame because i love shows like this. Just get a few diggers and get the whole mesa dug up to find out what's there please.
Every season they show us more proof of stone weird shit happening.
I like this show, as I do believe something is going on in that ranch and surrounding area but what a bunch of numptys to have looking for any alien goings on. Especially that dragon, wtf is he actually there for?
I will say this - most of what they do and see makes me laugh my ass off and I can only think a person like Travis must be making good money doing it to embarrass himself like this but the real moment for me was when they caught a UAP that was spherical in shape with an ofdd (vertical) dark band around it which made my jaw drop, back about 30 yrs ago I saw a UFO in the sky one night, it was spherical in shape like their UAP but the dark band was horizontal and not vertical and I thought it appeared to be moving around the object, at first I thought it was a meteorite but it moved too slow, same thing for a sattelite, and what really got me was when it stopped that is when I knew it wasn't a planet or anything else either (I had been second guessing myself the entire time thinking I had to be nuts or seeing things), then it shot straight up in less than a second what must have been miles, came to a complete stop again and then shot down towards the Earth (past the horizon) in a North West direction and disappeared, I fondly call it the "ZZ Top" UFO (LOL) because of the sort of Z flight it took. I remember immediately running into the apartment and telling my GF (now wife) about it, calling my sister and telling her as well who informed the next day or two there was someone in the US that reported a UFO as well only to retract it shortly afterwards (odd!), but since that day I NEVER heard a single person report they saw a UFO anywhere in the world nor have I ever seen a UFO photo or video (and I like to watch these types of shows just for shits and giggles) that looked even remotely close to what I had seen until this show last year! It is quite possibly the only thing that lends any creedence to what they are saying/doing on this show as far as I'm concerned unlike so many other things that make me roll my eyes but I guess sitting around watching video or live cams isn't exactly entertaining so they have to do something to keep the viewers attention and coming back.
Most reality shows have to take hundred of hours of footage and get 40 minutes out of it, this one seems to just repeat the same clips over and over. This show would probably only be 20 minutes an episode if they didn't repeat the same clips from every episode dozens of times throughout each new episode.
I finally realized why it's so hard to take the Astrophysicist, Travis Taylor, so seriously. He sounds like comedian Bill Engvall.
I'm convinced this is more about making a TV show and less about actually finding out what's going on. Stop listening to Rocket Man telling you to launch rockets nearly every episode. They always mess up and don't provide results. Dig you morons! If the data from the mesa is true then there's something in there.
this show is so fake.. I had to give up watching.. that "Dragon" guy is an absolute ass kisser haha
its a really good show but i hate how "americanised" it is, by this I mean they clearly try to make these massive cliffhanger moments or some stuff that feels very staged to keep the interest levels up
me and my brother love it, we're from teh UK and both feel this way, the stuff they have is already really interesting but it feels like they have to just "usa it up" to keep other folk interested when its enough on its own merit without what feels like fake bells and whistles
i love travis and erik together, you can see it warms Erik heart whenever Travis gives him a serious compliment :-)
Dragon in the first season really annoyed me for some reason, but ive grown to like him as time went on
This show is heading down the "Secret of Oak Island road": Making 45 minutes out of nothing and maybe somethong happens in the last 2 minutes. Stretching content even when there is no content...
Love how they are documenting everything so well, and trying to explain each incident and phenomena with science. It gives credibility. Great show.
"Dragon" LMAO ... thats good stuff.
This dude's alabama accent is impossible to listen to. For an astrophysicist, he doesn't seem to know how to conduct a simple experiment. He has a physics degree but doesn't understand properties of electromagnetism or gamma radiation. I would expect that most of these "phenomenon" can be easily explained away by geology and physics but dragging out shows is their actual specialty.
Three seasons of trying to prove alien "stuff" exist on a Utah ranch. I mean, this should have just been an hour long documentary and call it good. This is just socially awkward dill-weeds dragging the show out for the paycheck. Nothing to see here.
