The Smoggies turn a pack of whales against the Suntots. When the whales beach themselves, the Suntots come to the rescue.
To protect themselves from the annual invasion of the Bitty Bugs, the Smoggies spray their breeding grounds. The pesticide causes the Bitty Bugs to grow into giant nuisances.
A potion created by Captain Clarence accidentally causes Polluto to lose what little hair he has. After their drinking water is polluted by the same chemical, the Suntots also turn bald.
The Smoggies plot to increase Little Suntot's size. The plan misfires and finds Polluto ten times his normal height and on an egg-smashing rampage.

It’s swarming time for the honey bees on Coral Island and the Tots are preparing new hives for them. Miss Emma sends Pollulo out on a mission to get Queen Bee jelly for her beauty needs, but his quest is not that easy as the bees sharpen their stingers and wits to aid in their defense.
The whales are caught in Iceberg Sea or at least that is what the Smoggies want the Tots to believe. This elaborate hoax is nothing more than a plan to get the Suntois out of Tot Town so that Emma may be able to search for the secret of youth and happiness.
It’s Ozo day. To celebrate the event, Speed and Sailor take Little on a flight to inspect the Ozo layer. While on vacation, the Smoggies take a ride high into the sky with an air balloon and the two crafts get into trouble when they discover a hole in the Ozo layer.
Have you ever heard of Tweekonlum? Neither have the Tots until the Annual Boat Race around Coral Island. What exactly is Tweekonlum? A poisonous fuel powering the Smoggies race boat. Its lethal radioactive gas has been absorbed into the Tots Wiggle Fruit.
Miss Emma’s desire to find the secret of youth and beauty, leads the Smoggies to the banks of the River Delicious. Miss Emma assumes that the mud from the river will be the perfect beauty aid for a perfect complexion.
In hopes of replenishing their match supply, the Smoggies head towards the Rain Forest with their new matchmaking machine.
To tell the truth or not to tell the truth? This is the question Cool must ask himself. He discovers the Smoggies are digging up the homes of the Cuddle-Ups in order to collect Star Sparkles.

When the temperature rises and it’s 90 degrees in the shade only Freezberry Juice can quench a Suntots’ thirst.
The Stinkypoo has stopped polluting the atmosphere with its dirty smoke. Can it be that the Smoggies are finally “into clean air? No, they are only out of fuel. In their search for more coal, they discover that Deasll Rock can be transferred into fuel oil.
Good clean fun is what the annual Rocky Reef treasure hunt is all about. While the Tots collect hidden treasures from the reef, Cookie tries getting her hands on Hobo. He’s fallen into a mud pool and needs a bath.
One moonlit evening, two shadowy figures climb aboard the Stinkypoo. It is Speed and Princess Lila on a mission. They wish to deliver a special message to Emma. After being captured by Polluto and locked in a cupboard, they use their wits to take Polluto on a series of flashbacks of the environmental nightmares he’s taken part in. All is made right when Polluto sees the light and hears the reason of this nocturnal visit.
Miss doctor calls it reversal sickness. Emma and Clarence call it a pain in the neck. Polluto has been cleaning, vacuuming, polishing and washing the Stinkypoo for days and its’ driving them crazy.
Clarence asks Polluto to dispose of some old chemicals left over from past experiments. Pluto discovers that the liquid turns objects and animals into stone. Emma asks that various things be sprayed so that she may add them to her fabulous natural art collection.
Emma wants her cocoa and she wants it now! Much to her dismay, there is none to be had. To please her, Clarence creates a powerful fertilizer to speed up the growth of the cocoa trees, but the fertilizer seeps its way into Coral Lake.
Clarence’s chemistry experiments sometimes have strange results. His wrinkle remover leaves his and Emma’s face flat as pancakes, and when the rest of his creation is dumped overboard, it turns the sea into a rubbery goop.
There’s gold in them there hills — but those hills are underwater. Clarence sets off the largest explosion in the history of Coral Island to open an underwater mountain that hides a wealth of gold, ever witnessed around Coral Island. All in order to rip open an under water mountain that reveals a wealth of gold. But his blast causes a tidal wave that threatens to destroy everything in its path, including Tot Town. One good blast deserves another, but the other has to be timed just right to stop the wave of destruction. Can Chip do it in time?
The Suntots must act quickly when they discover that the Smoggies have cut down a whole forest to build Miss Emma a mansion. It is the rainy season on Coral Island and with no trees to hold the grounds together, the whole mountain is in danger of washing away. The Smoggies watch as the walls come tumbling down around them while the Tots work fast and feverishly to correct the tragedy.
The good news? The Smoggies wish to leave Coral Island. The bad news? They no longer have enough fuel to move the Stinkypoo. The Suntots are faced with a difficult decision whether to let the Smoggies drill for oil or not? The Smoggies want to strike a deal, but the results might be catastrophic.
The Suntots join the Smoggies for a day of good clean fun up high in the White Mountains. The occasion loses some of its freshness when the clear mountain air gets transformed into noxious fumes. Clarence has been using a lethal liquid fuel to power his all-terrain vehicle. The resulting exhaust puts everything to sleep. Cool is the one who drums up a solution to this sleepy situation.
