I love this episode. Aside from Marbury, it contains quite a few human moments: Leo and Bartlet ("Don't you ever forget the battles you've fought and won"), Leo and Josh, Sam and Josh and the deposition, Bartlet and Charlie... I like the whole loyalty thing going on, even if it's kind of ridiculous that everyone's hung up about Leo having been in rehab, but no one (except Sam when Josh told him in "Excelsis deo") mentions the real "crime", and that is being treasury secretary while high on drugs.
