This is a nice story with Mulder and Scully afforded the opportunity to be more light-hearted, but not necessarily funny. The story about a man who is extremely lucky is different and interesting but the bad guy mobsters are cliched and I saw the ending coming a mile away. A young Shia LaBeouf co-stars.
