Major updates on all fronts on this one.
No more Kwentrith. Ecbert's death would have been a big twist, but then the whole Wessex arc would be for almost nothing. Waiting for a future confrontation with Ragnar.
No more Yidu, that's great. She was turning useless. There were great opportunities, as someone planted by Aslaug, she could have had an interesting relationship with Ragnar, but she's just been a his dealer for a while. Though I suppose we'll see a lot of her while he'll be hallucinating while detoxing.
No more Odo. That will definitely weaken Paris. Clearly the emperor is the sister's next target. Is Rollo next ? I don't really see him in political intrigues, but Gisla should be good at this.
The boat over mountains plan is great, kinda wondering how Ragnar found 2 minutes of active brain to come up with that.
Still waiting on something interesting for Harbard though.

also Kwenthrith but well I would looove to prefer that Judith had died.. I mean I kinda don't like her a lot time ago.

Hooray for Count Odo's demise. Bastard had it coming. I'm rooting for Rollo in all of this; he deserves some power after being second best all his life.
Damn, I actually liked Kwenthrith, she was my favorite female from the English side. But King Ecbert just COULDN'T die, he's too badass. I can't wait to see how he deals with things from now on.
So what's the deal with Harbard? I hope a big reveal about him comes out soon enough.
RE: Yidu. I didn't like her character arc but that was a terrible way of ending it. As others have pointed out here, Ragnar has lost his sanity, making very poor decisions. Although I feel there's gonna be some Deus ex Machina at the end and his plan will somehow defeat the Franks.

Travis Fimmel's acting is on point again. I hope he doesn't get overshadowed by all the CGI in Warcraft.

I love the slow transition of focus we’ve been seeing from Ragnar to Bjørn. As he gets older and seemingly falling apart, we look to Bjørn.
