Chris and Renee recently moved to Christiansted, St Croix in the US Virgin Islands, with dreams of living the waterfront life. Wanting to escape the dreadful Midwest winters and having jobs that allow them to work from anywhere, they thought “Why not?!” Renee is looking for a house with plenty of room for visiting friends and family, while Chris wants to make sure that their new home has land for their dogs to roam, plus amazing views. But they’ll have to make it all work within their budget. Hopefully Seth can come to the rescue and help them find the perfect tropical pad!
